Abrasive Flow Machine Technology has a variety of applications from
Honing, Sizing, Deburring, Polishing, Radius Generation, Surface
Removal. Its ideal for Honing and Polishing complex ID shapes
particularly dies and valves and can Deburr and Finish Polish by just
regulating the media and the pressure. Machine is currently being used
to Simultaneously Internally Debur and Polish (25) 1-1/2" Square Valve
Bodies to a 5Ra Finish. Cycle time is about 10 Minutes.
